Black-Scholes
Black-Scholes Model: valuation of options and warrants:
This worksheet is designed to aid in the calculations of option and warrants, as to be valued on the grant date. This model is based on the standard model; however there are some features that will aid in most preparation and documentation. The worksheet is integrated for the various components in the calculation. Hyperlinks have been inserted to ease the research of certain information (Risk-Free interest rates are linked to the government website, reducing research time and efforts). The dynamic workpaper links the computation for stock volatility to the valuation calculation. Additionally, the valuation recognizes the different treatments that are required for compensation verses debt issuance options. Spreadsheet also features calculations for weighted average shares and price, calculation of compensation under APB 25 verses FAS 123R. This worksheet covers most disclosure requirements. |

Fixes-Assets
Fixed Asset Module:
The fixed asset module was created for the simple, “no frills” approach to maintaining fixed asset data for almost any small business. The excel based workpaper makes calculations easy to understand and maintain. Both summary and detail views are available. The program calculates both book and tax methods, also allowing different life and costs. Additionally, gains or losses on asset disposal are calculated. Key features are limited entry and hyperlinks to the IRS publication. |

Leases
Lease Analysis Module:
Usable for either buy vs. lease analysis or comparison of several options or used in determining the classification of operating vs. capital lease. This analysis is extremely useful in many approaches, primarily as a summary tool and documentation of the calculation and reasoning. Conclusions are triggered by the attributes of the input information. Again, the key feature is minimal inputs of normal information and includes hyperlinks to IRS publications. Additionally, this model has separate tab for loan amortization calculations.
